             Created near the beginning of the
             1900s for Marshall Joffre who was
             a diabetic – so the Capsa Brothers
               created a dessert for him that
                    contained no sugar…



                   It is EXTRAORDINARY!



               Many say the Sacher Torte in
             Vienna is the best chocolate dish
                in the world…  I have had the
             Sacher Torte, at the Sacher Hotel,

                           no less…



             Capsa is absolutely my favourite!
